Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup Warm Water 105°-115°F
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Yeast Active dry yeast
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour can substitute with bread flour
  • 4 tbsp Melted Butter can substitute with olive oil
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Salt or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and salt. Stir in the yeast and let it rest for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the activated yeast mixture with flour gradually. Mix until a loose, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm area for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large sheet pan with melted butter.
  5. Once risen, punch down the dough and transfer it to the prepared pan, pressing it outwards evenly.
  6. Drizzle remaining melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Allow the dough to rise for another 15-20 minutes.
  8. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into individual breadsticks. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
