Steps
- Begin by selecting ripe peaches, peeling and slicing them into smaller pieces. For frozen peaches, allow them to thaw.
- In a blender, combine the prepared peaches, sugar, cold water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the blended mixture into a metal loaf pan and smooth the top. Cover tightly with parchment paper or foil.
- Place in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solidified.
