  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Grated

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Used for sautéing
  • 1 cup Beef Broth or Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Add the beef steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Slice your bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef slices and sear for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove beef from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and toss in the bell peppers and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir for about 1 minute. Return the beef and pour in beef broth or water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot over jasmine rice or stir-fried noodles.
