- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Fold in the fresh peaches gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
