Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast, generously seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add more olive oil if needed, then toss in minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add BBQ sauce.
  3. Pour in BBQ sauce, honey, and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add rotini pasta to the pot, ensuring it's submerged in the sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed, reintroduce the sautéed chicken back into the pot and stir to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
