  • 12 oz Pasta Fusilli or penne works well.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For creaminess
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well.
