  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out equal portions of the mixture and roll them into about 11 smooth balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
