  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon or Allspice Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For greasing skewers.
For Serving
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread Soft and warm.
  • 1 cup Tahini Sauce or Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 2 cups Fresh Salad Cucumber and tomato salad.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, or preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, finely grated onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Add your spices and mix gently.
  3. Form the meat mixture into oval shapes around the skewers, ensuring they are tightly packed.
  4. Place the skewers on the preheated grill or in a skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally for a golden-brown exterior.
  5. Allow the kebabs to rest for a few minutes after cooking, then squeeze fresh lemon juice over them before serving.
