Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a fragrant marinade. Add your chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While your chicken marinates, heat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat, adding a few drops of olive oil just before placing the chicken.
  3. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the marinated chicken on the grill or pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. While the chicken is cooking, make the garlic sauce by whisking together mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
