  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and espresso powder.
  3. Mix olive oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Incorporate vanilla extract, sour cream, and mashed bananas into the mixture until combined.
  6. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips that have been dredged in flour.
