  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to incorporate.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken until evenly coated.
  5. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour in the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken mixture.
  7. Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a small bowl.
  8. Evenly distribute the buttery cracker mixture over the casserole and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
