  • 2 cups Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Swap in favorite dried herbs if desired
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted for brushing

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough to about ½ inch thick on a floured surface.

  4. Fold the dough over to encapsulate the cheese filling and slice into strips about 1 inch wide.
  5. Brush melted butter over each cheese stick and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
