Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out pizza dough to about ½ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over one half of the dough.
- Fold the dough over to encapsulate the cheese filling and slice into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Brush melted butter over each cheese stick and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
