Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Divide the filling among tortillas, spread it evenly, roll tightly like burritos.
  4. Cut rolled tortillas into five pieces at a 45-degree angle and discard the ends.
  5. Arrange sliced antojitos on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Switch the oven to high broil and broil antojitos for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve warm with basil pesto sour cream dipping sauce.
