  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 30 g corn starch or corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract fresh vanilla beans can be used

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 60 ml additional honey for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm (8-inch) springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the greased pan and tap gently to release air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  5. Cool the pie in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Drizzle with additional honey and dust with cinnamon before serving.
