  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Dill Chopped for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all your ingredients for the Lemon Garlic Tilapia with Green Beans. Thaw and dry the tilapia fillets, trim green beans, mince the garlic, juice and slice the lemon, and chop fresh herbs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and sauté for 4-6 minutes until crisp-tender. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add tilapia fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky. Set aside.
  4. Lower heat, add butter to the skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds. Pour in chicken broth or white wine, add lemon juice, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Return tilapia and green beans to the skillet with sauce, nestle lemon slices, cover, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve hot with sauce spooned over.
