Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to broil at 500°F (260°C). Oil your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
  2. Combine ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and form into meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove meatballs and lower the heat. Add heavy cream, parmesan, garlic powder, and more pepper to the skillet. Stir for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add cooked meatballs back to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Broil meatballs for an additional 2-3 minutes until browned.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve alongside a salad or zoodles.
