  1. Start by boiling about 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of authentic Kashmiri green tea leaves along with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you notice the water turning a deep, rich color.

  5. Gradually pour in 2 cups of whole milk, stirring continuously.
