- Combine the ground turkey, beaten egg, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil, or preheat your grill.
- Place the patties into the skillet or onto the grill, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from heat, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
