  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center.

  4. Place the patties into the skillet or onto the grill, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
