- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, beaten egg, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about ½-inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil or preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties in the hot skillet or on the grill for 5–7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from heat, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
