- Gradually add in the sharp cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, jalapenos, and green onions. Mix until just combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, unwrap and roll the cheese ball in additional cheddar cheese, reserved bacon, diced jalapenos, and green onions.
