Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut whole bulbs of garlic in half, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for about 45 minutes until soft.
  2. Once cool, squeeze the garlic out into a bowl and mash into a fine paste.
  3. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic paste, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream, adding about ¼ cup at a time and cooking for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve over pasta, chicken, or vegetables and enjoy!
