  • 2 teaspoons Chili Oil optional
  • 2 teaspoons Honey or Maple Syrup optional for sweetness
For Garnish
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds for crunch

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Using a spiralizer, transform 4 zucchinis into zoodles and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt over zoodles, let them sit in a colander to drain for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, and chili oil to make the sauce.
  4. After draining, mix zoodles with the sauce and serve cold or let sit for flavors to meld. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
