  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or adjust fresh garlic to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or sauté fresh onions if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley optional for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets to about ¼ inch thick and cut into rectangles.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each puff pastry rectangle, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend evenly over the sauce.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese, leaving space between each.
  6. Optionally sprinkle fresh parsley over the pepperoni for garnish.
  7. Roll the puff pastry rectangle into a log shape and seal the edges.
  8. Brush each rolled log with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  9. Slice each log into 12 equal wheels and arrange on prepared baking sheets.
  10. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
