Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Spread 1½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard over each sheet.
  3. Lay thin slices of deli ham evenly across the mustard-covered pastry. Sprinkle grated cheese over the ham.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly from one edge to the other, sealing the seam gently.
  5. Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch wide pinwheels and arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
