- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast, ensuring it's well-coated. Let marinate for about 10-12 minutes.
