  • 1/2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) choose according to preference

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut croissants into halves or thirds and arrange in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Coat each piece of croissant in the egg mixture and layer back into the baking dish.
  5. Layer deli meats and cheese between the croissant pieces.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and fresh herbs to create the sauce.
