  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt kosher recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes omit for milder
For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Angel Hair Pasta

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cover. Allow to marinate at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  3. Return the drained pasta to the pot while hot. Pour the marinated tomatoes and their juices over the pasta, tossing gently to combine. Adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  4. Serve immediately, distributing among plates and finishing with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
