- Begin by generously seasoning your beef chuck roast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let the seasoned roast sit for about 10 minutes.
- Place the sliced onions at the bottom of your slow cooker. Lay the seasoned beef chuck roast on top of the onions.
