Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into four equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch circle on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced ham, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Place a quarter of the filling on one half of a dough circle, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
  5. Brush edges with beaten egg, fold the dough over to seal, and crimp with a fork to secure.
  6. Transfer to the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and cut small slits on top for steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving, then slice open and enjoy!
