- Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and brush with extra virgin olive oil.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Warm the honey in the pan over low heat, stirring until it bubbles and reaches 250°F.
- Combine toasted sesame seeds with the honey, mixing for about 5 minutes until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan to about half an inch thick.
