  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Use dill or parsley; cilantro or mint can be used for variety.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C). Ensure the grill grates are clean.
  2. Slice the zucchini into even pieces, around ¼ inch thick, and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and charred.
  3. In a bowl, combine yogurt with chopped fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper. Mix until blended.
  4. Lay a tortilla out and layer with grilled zucchini, rinsed chickpeas, and crumbled feta. Add a spoonful of herbed yogurt sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up. Ensure the filling stays intact.
  6. Slice the wrap in half for serving. Keep the herbed yogurt sauce separate until ready to eat.
