Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the ingredients: Slice the potatoes in half, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and cut the steak into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Cook the vegetables: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 2-3 tablespoons of avocado oil, then cook the potatoes cut-side down for 7-8 minutes. Add broccoli and sauté for another 7-8 minutes.
  3. Sear the steak: Increase heat to medium-high, add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, sear steak bites for about 1 minute on each side, then set aside.
  4. Make the garlic butter sauce: Lower heat, add minced garlic, remaining avocado oil, and butter; sauté for 3-4 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Combine and serve: Toss the steak and vegetables back into the skillet, season to taste, and serve hot.
