Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt. Slowly pour in warm water and olive oil while stirring until a sticky dough forms. Add minced garlic and rosemary, mixing until well combined.
  2. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Punch down the risen dough gently and divide it into equal portions for muffins. Shape each piece and position them into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Cover the muffin tin and let the muffins rise for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and allow the muffins to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack.
