Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine instant yeast and honey in warm water, let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in flour and salt, then add olive oil to form a sticky dough.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Deflate the dough, fill muffin cups, drizzle with olive oil, and add toppings.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and edges are crisp.
  7. Cool muffins in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
