Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked white rice, shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, and sour cream. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, one cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until well blended.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Spread the rice and chicken mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly for about 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
