Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and line your cupcake tins with liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, and unsalted butter. Beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
  3. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well for an additional 2-3 minutes after each addition.
  4. Whip the egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold one-third of the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture, then repeat until all whites are combined.
  6. Sift in the all-purpose flour and salt, and mix gently until just combined.
  7. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
