- Begin by measuring 6 cups of Rice Chex and placing them into a large mixing bowl. Set this aside.
- In a clean 2-gallon baggie, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1 cup of sugar cookie mix. Seal the bag tightly and shake.
- Melt 1 cup of Wilton's green icing in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted green icing over the Rice Chex and gently fold until coated evenly.
- Transfer the coated Rice Chex into the baggie with the powdered sugar mixture. Seal and shake until well coated.
- Spread the coated puppy chow onto a large baking pan lined with parchment paper and allow it to dry for at least 15-20 minutes.
