  1. Begin by measuring 6 cups of Rice Chex and placing them into a large mixing bowl. Set this aside.
  2. In a clean 2-gallon baggie, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1 cup of sugar cookie mix. Seal the bag tightly and shake.
  3. Melt 1 cup of Wilton's green icing in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted green icing over the Rice Chex and gently fold until coated evenly.
  5. Transfer the coated Rice Chex into the baggie with the powdered sugar mixture. Seal and shake until well coated.
  6. Spread the coated puppy chow onto a large baking pan lined with parchment paper and allow it to dry for at least 15-20 minutes.
