  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon Crispy
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Medium or sharp recommended
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Use a classic brand
  • 1 cup Additional Cheese for Topping Extra mozzarella and cheddar

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. If using frozen broccoli florets, thaw and drain them. If using fresh, blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crispy bacon, broccoli, minced garlic, and ranch dressing. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is hot and lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
