- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
- If using frozen broccoli florets, thaw and drain them. If using fresh, blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crispy bacon, broccoli, minced garlic, and ranch dressing. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is hot and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
