Step-by-Step Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep 2 black tea bags for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool slightly.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of water with diced ripe mango. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, mashing the mango into a smooth puree.
- Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher with the brewed tea, pressing down to extract juice. Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes. Then fill glasses with ice and pour the iced tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh mango slices if desired.

Notes
For best flavor, use fresh mango when it's in season and high-quality black tea. You can customize the sweetness to your liking.
