  5. Slowly add milk, whisking continuously. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until creamy.
  6. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to season the sauce.
  7. Fold in the browned ground beef and cooked noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until evenly blended.
