Step-by-Step Instructions for Easter Egg Fruit Pizzas
- Prepare the dough by following the instructions on your sugar cookie package or mix your homemade recipe. Chill wrapped dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out dough to ¼ inch thick and cut out with egg-shaped cookie cutter. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add confectioner's sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Frost cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting and decorate with fresh fruit immediately after.
