Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped dill pickles, and 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped dill.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball and chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, prepare the coating mixture and roll the cheese ball until coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
