  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for mixing.
  • ½ cup Sour Cream Adds tanginess.
  • ¼ cup White Granulated Sugar Swap for low-carb sweetener if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice Optional, for brightness.
Topping
  • ¼ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs For sprinkling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries gently and pat them dry. Cut off the stems and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. Trim the back to create a flat surface.
  2. Hollow out the center of each strawberry half using a melon baller or small spoon.
  3. In a bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry before serving.
