  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas Mashed
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup Can substitute with honey.
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk Or any plant-based milk.
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional for flavor.

Method
 

Muffin Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.

  3. In another bowl, mix oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes before serving.
