  3. Flatten the turkey breast to an approximate thickness of ½-inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  4. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the flattened turkey slices and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks or twine.
  5. Season the roll ups with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place roll ups seam-side down in a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
