  • 2 medium Red Bell Peppers jarred roasted peppers can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil use avocado oil for a different taste
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh lemons yield the best flavor

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Blend the roasted peppers, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth to create the sauce.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the tilapia fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the tilapia and simmer for about one minute.
  6. Transfer to serving plates, garnishing with parsley or basil and lemon zest.
