Ingredients

For the Cookie Crust
  • 15 cookies Golden Vanilla Oreos You can use vanilla wafers if needed.
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries These add texture and flavor in the crumble.
For the Pudding Filling
  • 1 box Instant Jell-O Cheesecake Pudding Swapping with instant vanilla pudding works well too.
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Almond milk or any preferred milk can be substituted.
For the Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup Strawberries (Diced) Other fruits like raspberries can also be used.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Feel free to use either store-bought or homemade.

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Clear Dessert Cups

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the Golden Vanilla Oreos into a blender or food processor, pulsing until they form fine crumbs, which should take about 30 seconds. Set the cookie crumbs aside in a mixing bowl for the base.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix and 2 cups of cold whole milk. Stir for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Take your dessert cups and layer the Oreo cookie crumbs at the bottom, followed by cheesecake pudding, and diced strawberries. Repeat layers until filled, finishing with whipped cream.
  4. Cover the assembled cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Remove the cups from the refrigerator and add additional whipped cream before serving. Garnish with extra strawberry slices if desired.
