- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
