Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan, pour in brownie batter, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
- Mix pudding according to package directions with milk and whisk for 2 minutes. Add green food coloring if desired.
- Crush Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag until you have a mix of fine crumbs and larger pieces.
- In a clear trifle bowl or serving cups, layer brownie pieces, pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat layers and finish with Oreos.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or mint leaves before serving.
