Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box Brownie Mix Use an 8x8 pan size as per package directions.
Pudding Layer
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Substitute with pistachio pudding for a twist.
  • 2 cups Milk Used to prepare pudding.
  • few drops Green Food Coloring Optional if using pistachio pudding.
Creamy Top
  • 1 container Cool Whip Can be replaced with homemade whipped cream.
Crunchy Layer
  • 1 package Mint Oreos Crushed; substitute with regular Oreos or crushed nuts if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan, pour in brownie batter, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  2. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
  3. Mix pudding according to package directions with milk and whisk for 2 minutes. Add green food coloring if desired.
  4. Crush Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag until you have a mix of fine crumbs and larger pieces.
  5. In a clear trifle bowl or serving cups, layer brownie pieces, pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat layers and finish with Oreos.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or mint leaves before serving.
