  • 1 cup Sugar Can reduce by half
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Red Food Color Beetroot powder is a natural option
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut Roll generously

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla essence and oil, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Sift together cake flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar, water, and food coloring until it thickens.
  8. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares or shape into balls.
  9. Dip each piece into warm syrup and roll in desiccated coconut.
  10. Optional: Sandwich cake pieces with icing for layered Snowballs.
